Established in 2007, Shandong Leojoin Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, design, production, sales, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance services, and general contracting of engineering construction of seawater desalination equipment, industrial high-purity water equipment and water pollution control equipment.
We have two major production bases in Jinan (Shandong) and Fuzhou (Jiangxi), with a total floor area of 40,000 square meters. Leojoin has served more than 1,000 customers in 26 countries worldwide and all provinces in China.
Our products have fully passed the Hygiene Approval for Water-related Products, ISO9001-2015 Quality Management System, ISO14000 Environmental Management System, and EU CE Certification. R&D Background
Faced with the increasingly severe water resource challenges, the utilization of seawater desalination, high-salt wastewater, brackish water has become an important direction of industrial development. However, the core energy-saving equipment — the positive displacement isobaric energy recovery device, due to its extremely high technical barriers, has long relied on imports, becoming a “bottleneck” technology in China.
The import dependence has brought high procurement costs, restricted key technologies, slow service response, and fragile supply chain security, seriously restricting the economic benefits of domestic related projects.
Leojoin is driven by technological innovation. After years of painstaking research, we have successfully developed a positive displacement isobaric energy recovery device with complete independent intellectual property rights, breaking the dependence on imports, promoting cost reduction and efficiency increase in the industry.
Product Overview
Leojoin’s Positive Displacement Isobaric Energy Recovery Device is R&D and manufactured under the framework of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 international standards.
The device transfers the pressure energy in the high-pressure concentrated waste liquid stream of RO to the low-pressure feed water stream through direct contact of liquid piston. It features a highly streamlined structure, with the rotor being the only moving part inside the device.
In the seawater desalination system, equipped with this device can reduce the capacity of high-pressure pump by 60% and the maximum system energy consumption by up to 60%, which is the core energy-saving equipment for seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) process.
